Thank you your patience, your kindness and understanding and your support during our time of Bereavement. And a special thank you to Manager Corey you have blessed us. Acknowledgment and Appreciation I would like to sincerely thank Hughes Funeral Home for the outstanding care, professionalism, and compassion shown during the funeral services and preparations for my beloved grandmother, Dorothy Tiller. From start to finish, every detail was handled with grace and respect. My grandmother looked absolutely beautiful and angelic—so peaceful that it shifted the entire atmosphere of the private viewing and funeral. The care taken in her presentation brought comfort to our hearts in a way words can hardly express. I am truly grateful to every hand involved. Your presence, patience, and support brought a sense of peace to me and my family during one of the most difficult times in our lives. When faced with an unexpected death and having to travel from 3000 miles away, Hughes Funeral home scooped us up and guided us through what I thought would be an arduous and heartbreaking experience. I never thought I would be in their office laughing. Corey Hughes, his mother, father and brother were understanding and compassionate. Their cosmetologist is THE BEST! If you find yourself in our position and want professional and supportive people to care for your loved one, call Hughes Funeral Home . You will be relieved and feel completely supported .

Good morning I just wanted to say you guys did a beautiful job on my mother Mary Terrell. Lastly what a well put together service for her. I couldn't got through this without your support, effort, patience, guidance and help. Your make up artist is the bomb. Rodney you are amazing guy. You assured me the first day you had us and you followed that through. Lastly all your staff is so kind and sweet. Corey thanks for your support in the beginning it was so heart broken to meet with you for this day but you made me laugh during the process but that day I was so broken 💔 my mom is resting now. The only issue was the videographer I was not happy with he's service. My mom service was never live streamed during the service and was told at the end of the service. Also the filming was not good. He did give us a little refund but this was my mother funeral and special to me could did a better job DJ Books. But everything else was perfect.Thanks again

When grieving the loss of a loved one, the last thing people need to feel is as if the process is nothing more than a business transaction. In speaking with staff at several funeral homes, I unfortunately interacted with individuals who were totally insensitive to my needs. I scheduled an appointment with Hughes Funeral Home and my siblings, and I decided during that meeting to utilize their services. From beginning to end, the staff were empathetic and very professional. We felt comfortable as the courteous Hughes staff guided and directed us through this difficult process. At no time did we feel rushed. The Hughes staff were polite and respectful as they gently walked us through the initial meeting and discussion regarding the type of service we envisioned for our mother. They were in constant communication, thorough and paid meticulous attention to the details. The makeup artist and her daughter did a wonderful job and were available during the final viewing to address any concerns my family and I may have had. The family of Deborah Barrett was extremely pleased with the services provided by Hughes Funeral Home from the time they came into the home to pick up the body to the end of the services at the cemetery. They were very professional, helpful and sympathetic to us and to the circumstances we had to face. We were also pleased with all the referrals for additional services such as the florist, the printer and the restaurants. We were from out of town but they made the process seamless. We would use them again and highly refer them to others. Thank you so much.

Everyone that I've dealt with at Hughes Funeral Home was very professional. They were compassionate during the planning of my Mother's funeral. Thank you Hughes Funeral Homes for your help during this hard time. I would totally recommend them.
